CANCELLATION POLICY:

Guests may cancel their upcoming class 72 hours (3 days) in advance to receive credit towards a different class. We DO NOT OFFER CREDIT CARD REFUNDS, and we are not able to offer class credit or transfers for last-minute illnesses, work-related conflicts, personal emergencies or events beyond our control. You are always welcome to send someone in your place, as we understand that these things do happen. If you are purchasing this class or event as a gift, please provide this cancellation policy to the recipient, as the policy will still apply.  Please see our full cancellation policy here.

WAIVER:

I hereby release Houston Cookery, LLC (“The School”) d.b.a The Cookery, and each of its, present owners, principals, assistants, volunteers, member, agents and employees from any and all liability for damage, losses or personal injury to myself resulting from my participation in The Cookery classes or events. I understand that The Cookery reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of its programs, and hereby agree that The Cookery may use any such photographic or film records for promotional and/or commercial purposes without any remuneration to the student/participant. The participant agrees to assign all right, title and interest they may have in or to any media in which their name or likeness might be used to The Cookery.
