My husband and I booked the Pasta Extravaganza class for our 1-year wedding anniversary. We happened to be the only students for this particular class, so we received some special attention from Chef Tiffany and Tasha. The class was supposedly 3 courses, but we felt that we received 5 courses as we had a salad, full plates of three types of DELICIOUS pasta, and then finished off the evening with an olive oil ice cream. Not to mention that our wine glasses were never empty for long! There is a large dining table for classes with multiple attendees to eat at and be social. I feel 100% confident in our pasta-making abilities now, which has been a bucket list item, and we can't wait to go back for regular date night with another menu. It was so nice to chat with Tiffany about her career and techniques.

Wow! My husband booked this class for my birthday and it did not disappoint! We made our own FREDH pasta for “Pasta Extravaganza.” Tiffany was knowledgeable and engaging and the food totally shined. Tasha was the real MVP for cleaning up our mess! We will be back for sure. Thank you!

My wife and I received this cooking class as a father's day present, and it was SO much fun as well as delicious and informative. Chef Tiffany was simply incredible, not only with her gift of being an excellent chef, but in sharing the history and origin of each dish along with helpful hints on how to do variations in your own kitchen. Tasha quietly works in the background to keep everything clean, neat, glasses filled and the class moving along seamlessly. We highly recommend this unique and fantastic learning/dining experience!!

Had such a wonderful time taking a cooking class today at The Cookery Houston. Chef Tiffany really knows her stuff the class was informative, the food was amazing and the setup is delightful. I learned how to make homemade ice cream and homemade pasta, three course meal and all from scratch. We all had such a good time. This class is well worth the money spent it is not only a great time and a great meal but full of tips and tricks you can use to enrich your cooking knowledge and impress your family and friends.

My sweetheart and I came to the Best of Brunch class and had the best time! Everything from the food to the ambience to the instructor and her team was incredible. We learned so many new dishes to try - so many were easy to make vegetarian since I don’t eat meat! We can’t wait to get the recipes tomorrow. Looking forward to our next class!

Did a cooking class for a date and it was so much fun! Kelly was so great and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was great and the food was amazing! HIGHLY recommend!!

My friend and I had a great experience in the Cocktail Party class the other day. The food was delicious and the drinks were great. They were super accommodating of any needs that we had and I really appreciated that it truthfully was a very educational experience. Besides the recipes, we were able to learn techniques for cooking and bartending that I greatly appreciated taking with me. Thanks for the great time!

My wife and I have taken 3 courses thusfar and they were all amazing. Very organized and fun, with a lot of background info to help you understand how the chemistry of cooking works. The food is delicious. This makes for a fun date and I hope to see this business flourish!

I highly recommend you book a class at The Cookery Houston. I booked the Steakhouse class for me and my partner anniversary and the experience was amazing. At first we were nervous but we soon got over it as Tiffany and Josh had such great energy. I appreciated how Tiffany (chef) explained everything as we were preparing the food as well as cooking it. From the Cesar Salad with hand made salad dressing and baked croutons. To the juicy steak, creamy spinach and duchess potatoes. Then finishing it off with a delicious, yet rich cheesecake! Everything was delicious. Thank you Tiffany and Josh for making this experience memorable. ☺️

Would give 6 stars if possible! Chef Tiffany and her assistant were amazing. I booked a private corporate team building event (they can accommodate up to 16 people) and chose the Mediterranean menu which was delicious! My favorites were the lamb meatballs and tagine chicken with apricots. It is clear that Chef Tiffany is passionate about what she does, is very knowledgeable and very charming. Her assistant was the silent ninja who kept every glass full and the kitchen/dinning classroom spotless. The space is very homey and elegant, with a large U shaped kitchen counter and a large communal dining table. The Cookery is a great choice for any gathering of family or friends, team building, or even a date to learn/ show off skills in the kitchen.

I came here as part of a team building event with my coworkers and we had the best time! Tiffany and Tasha were AMAZING! Tiffany was a great teacher, and Tasha worked so hard to keep things tidy and keep our wine topped off. Highly recommend taking a class here!!

This was such an incredible experience. Between the history, the cooking knowledge, and the experience I learned so much more in 1 night than I did in my entirety of cooking. Everyone should experience a cooking class and this is it for the Houston area. So many different options to choose from for classes. I make an amazing steak but this was hands down the best steak I’ve ever had and I helped make it. We will be back with friends and colleagues. Thank you so much.

Chef Tiffany made our experience so enjoyable and educational. The food was AMAZING and the space was beautiful and clean. It is a very hands-on class, which ultimately added to a great experience. Be prepared to eat a lot; we had a three course meal with generous portion sizes (the price was totally worth it). I plan to visit again!

Wonderful experience, lots of fun ,and very polite instructor/owner. Hands on experience for those who don't know how too cook and detail step by step on 3 course meal.

My husband brought me here for a date; it's one of our favorite places to go out to now. We went to the Pasta Perfecto course first and learned to make pasta from scratch, along with Alfredo sauce and lamb ragu. It tasted amazing and Kelly showed us how easy it can be to do. Definitely something we do at home now. We've gone to two other courses since our first and I'm convinced all her courses are excellent. I recommend The Cookery to everyone; Kelly and Tiffany made the experience really personal and fun. Be sure to check it out.
